Riber provides a worldwide customer service network focused on technical support and product knowledge.

Riber provides a worldwide customer support network in which the company offers its customers a wide array of services across the entire spectrum of MBE requirements and ranging from on-site technical support to consulting services related to clean room installation and organisation or ex situ characterisation. The company also offers services such as moving of R&D and production machines, preventative chemical decontamination and cleaning of growth chambers and components ( a cost effective method to increase the mean time between failures and thus increase the equipment lifetime), revamping and refurbishing, installation of upgrades and retrofits and more. In addition, at the customer's request, we also provide engineering support for the modification of existing machines and the custom design of new accessories (Please consult us for if you should have any request).

Technical Support
All customers around the world receive high quality service and support through warranty and maintenance contracts. Riber maintains it's support headquarters as well as service centers located in Germany, Japan, Singapore and USA with an infrastructure of service engineers and extensive spare parts stock to ensure rapid response to customer needs. A telephone hot line provides 24-hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year support, to ensure timely, highly qualified service to all customer needs by members of Riber´s customer service department. In establishing the hotline service, the company's aim is to provide all MBE production machine customers the possibility of receiving needed components, and technical assistance if necessary, within 48 hours of notification.
