Its high level of performance in producing complex semiconductor heterostructures with monoatomic precision at a large scale and high manufacturing yields have forged its reputation and made it a much sought-after system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The 2 machines are intended for an Asian industrial customer. They will be used to produce HEMT (field effect transistor) epiwafers for mobile communications.
