Presentation

The JET high material utilization source generates selenium vapor for mass production in-line machines for the manufacturing of CIGS Photovoltaic Solar Cells. Material is loaded into a large 40-liters reservoir which is heated up to deliver the selenium vapor.

The vapor is injected into the process chamber by a linear nozzle diffuser to uniformly cover 1200 mm PV substrate or web in roll-to-roll machines.

The JET source is a fully automated apparatus controlled by a powerful PLC interface.
