The III-V Lab, research and development laboratory for III-V semiconductor components, is betting on RIBER equipment, with the help of France Relance, for the realization of photonic and nanoelectronic components of the future.

The manufacture of these III-V components requires adapted, modular and scalable equipment. By choosing Riber as the equipment manufacturer and with the help of the government, the III-V Lab is equipped with a state-of-the-art epitaxial frame for the production of its advanced components.

Choosing the MBE 412 Cluster was obvious, since it has already proven itself in the research world. Indeed, this system is the most suitable research and pilot production tool for 4-inch wafers on the market for III-V and advanced materials, an opinion that is also shared by the III-V Lab, which has allowed this collaboration that RIBER hopes will be fruitful !
