François Morizet appointed Chairman of Riber’s Executive Board

Bezons, December 17, 2015 (7 am) – During its meeting on December 16, Riber’s Supervisory Board appointed Mr François Morizet as interim Chairman of the Company’s Executive Board from December 15, 2015, replacing Mr Frederick Goutard, who had held this position since March 2, 2009.

The Supervisory Board thanked Mr Frédérick Goutard for his dedication in serving the Company.

The Supervisory Board also thanked Mrs Sylvie Dumaine, who did not wish to renew her office as a Supervisory Board member at the Combined General Meeting on December 15, for her contribution.

François Morizet, 56, was a Senior Manager with KPMG before joining the BTR Sealing Systems group (auto equipment manufacturer) in 1994 as Chief Financial Officer, then the Mark IV Systèmes Moteurs group (auto equipment manufacturer) as CFO then co-CEO.
