Order of a MBE production system in USA

Bezons, January 11th 2017 – 5:45 pm – RIBER, a leading equipment manufacturer for semiconductors materials, is announcing the order of a MBE system for high power bar-lasers production.

TRUMPF Photonics, Inc. NJ, USA has ordered a major MBE system to increase its manufacturing capacity for high-power diode lasers intended to industrial laser applications. This order of a second system confirms the success of the partnership engaged 4 years ago between TRUMPF and RIBER.

This order will be delivered in 2017.
