Production machine order in Asia

Bezons, January 18th 2016 – 5:45 pm – RIBER, the global molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) specialist, is announcing an order for a MBE49 Multi wafer production machine.

The MBE system 49 can produce epi-wafers with very high performance level and is particularly suitable for the manufacture of microelectronic and optoelectronic devices.

This fully automated machine enables to operate continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with rates of uninterrupted use of more than ten months and high level of reliability.

This order, recorded on January 15th, should be delivered before the end of 2016. This confirms the upturn in RIBER’s order book.
