Presentation

Riber OEM S100 point source is a single or double heater effusion cell with integrated water cooling. More than 2 000 point sources have been delivered. They are currently used on mass production PVD machines in the OLED and CIGS fields.

The source has proven its versatility by evaporating low vapor pressure materials such as Ag, ionic compounds such as LiF and high vapor pressure materials such as Mg & Yb.

These sources are customized with specific accessories depending of the material evaporated.
