Presentation

The need for larger Cells capacity has recently arisen. Capitalizing on more than 30 years of experience in the development of large capacity sources with Flat Heater technology, RIBER developed the OEM S150 & S250 DZ point sources. These versatile sources are used on planetary and roll to roll production system in the OLED and CIGS fields.

These sources are customized with specific accessories depending of the material evaporated.
